So I'm doing pretty well, sugar-wise, but my legs are still achy and 'heavy'. I'm betting that has to do with the blood pH, though I've been trying to avoid acid foods and eat alkaline ones. I wish I could get some testing strips, but neither drug store nor health food store has any.
I presume that pH is what the 'arthritis cure' diet is really all about, though I don't recall reading anything about that in the book. I'm going to try again to go all-raw-vegetable for a day or two, but it won't be today.
