After three weeks of no sugar/no sweet, I was energetic and productive. I thought I could get away with some Jello dark chocolate pudding sweetened with - *looks it up - can't find it* - for just a short time, maybe with some extra calcium to nutralize the acid.
So now my energy and progress has been replaced with pain and depression.
Have I learned my lesson?
Well, it's the same one I've been working on for damned near 40 years, so probably not.
