Three months ago - probably two months ago - I was building stuff, organizing, making things. I was exercising daily, walking without pain, sleeping well. Then I started eating cookies and raisin toast. Now I can barely haul my aching body around the house. Last night I slept from 11:00 pm to 2:00 am and couldn't go back to sleep.
*sigh*
Status at this time: Pain in hip Enlarged knuckles Constipation Coughing (yeast infection) No ambition Poor thinking and worse memory Can't sleep more than three hours at a time Frequent trips to bathroom | Plan: Stage One: Get metabolism up:     May have carb in morning.     Exercise! Twice a day.     Take caffeine between noon and 3:00 pm.     Chocolate only between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. Control sugar:     List all non-sweet foods I like and eat constantly.     Make up stuff ahead so that there is always something to snack on. Improve nutrition:     Eat more vegetables; at least 1 cooked, 1 raw, and 1 salad per day.     Find more ways of adding in Akea and Athletic Greens.     Take more calcium and baking soda. |
